Sleep disturbances are very common: recent research has shown that more than 25% of adults have occasional or frequent sleep disturbances.

 

The highest percentage disturbance is insomnia, that is “difficulty in falling asleep or in staying asleep or sleeping for less time or having poor quality sleep”.

 

QUIET.JOY is a completely natural food integrator whose components have a beneficial effect on physiological relaxation and nocturnal rest.

 

Method of administration

Recommended dose: 20 drops dissolved in water 3 times a day before meals or 30 drops half an hour before going to bed. Do not use excessively.

Ingredients

Stabilizer: Glycerol, Osmotic water; Passiflora dry extract E/D 1:4 (Passiflora incarnata L. weed, Maltodextrin), Valerian dry extract E/D 1:9 (Valeriana officinalis L. roots, Maltodextrin), Escolzia dry extract E/D 1:4 (Eschscholtzia californica weed and flowering tops, Maltodextrin), Biancospino dry extract E/D 1:6 (Crataegus oxyacantha L.C. flowers and leaves, Maltodextrin). Acidity corrector: Sodium lactate, Preservative: Potassium sorbate, Aroma: cherry, Sweetener: Acesulfame K, Acidity corrector: Citric acid.

Warning and precautions

Keep at a moderate temperature (15- 25 °C) in a cool, dry place. Avoid sudden temperature changes. The expiry date refers to the unopened product which has been stored correctly. Keep out of the reach of children under three. Consult your doctor if you want to take it during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
